All the drivers for PC based Xbox 360 accessories (controller and receivers) are already part of Windows and have actually been part of Windows since Windows Vista. The drivers on the web were only for Windows XP, since Windows XP pre-dates the Xbox 360 console. This why you couldn't find them.
