During a late-night walk, Ai is guided by a mysterious voice to a deserted arcade, where she finds a gachapon machine that dispenses a "Wonder Egg". That night, Ai gets drawn into a dream world where the Wonder Egg cracks open to reveal a girl, whom Ai must protect from a horde of monsters called "Seeno Evils".

Pomanders (ポマンダー, Pomandā?) are extremely valuable support items, a kind of power-up, as Ura-Acca says. Acca has granted one free for each of the four girls. Each pomander contains a cute little creature, and they all resemble an animal. They must first hatch into the real world.

If you're disappointed that you don't have the answers for HD yet, all you'll have to do is read the source material (though I'm not sure how far ahead it is).

Panic (パニック, Panikku?) is the Pomander, sourced from Acca and Ura-Acca, chosen by Momoe Sawaki. Panic is a crocodile-like creature with two seen forms. In the real world or in relaxed form Panic is akin to a baby crocodile, turquoise and yellow skin with red 'glasses-like' detailing on his face.
