Once you get a good exposure for the moon, you can pretty much always use that value. The brightness of the lit-up part of the moon is basically always the same (baring clouds, haze, smoke, ..). Maybe somewhat less near rise / set. If your field of view contains only moon, don't even bother with (spot) metering - just go with your manual value.

The story about the wolf was, construction workers started feeding parts of their lunches to him. Trying to get a photo of the full moon, but when I punch in to MF, the aperture widens and the moon becomes an overexposed white dot. I think the exposure simulation lags behind the aperture adjustment a bit so it brightens up over a few seconds. Super annoying. Any tips? «

Jan 24, 2016 · One thing I forgot to mention earlier is that the yellow K-01 really looks less threatening than a black DSLR. You don't have to pay photographer fee at parks, concerts, people don't get scared thinking you are a spy or paparazzo or something. Pentax tried different retro models quite successfully, such as the MX-1, KP. Last year the '17' was released. Ricoh adapted its tactics to the behaviour of its Pentax customers who are fond of buying second hand gear at very low prices and once in a blue moon buy something new. Pentax will not close the doors and won't change its tactics.
