Fire up Dolphin Emulator, then navigate to "Graphics" > "Advanced" and check "Load Custom Textures" 3. Load the Wii Menu by navigating to "Tools" > "Load Wii System Menu 4.3E/U"

May 31, 2020 · Ever noticed/heard about a subtle image quality difference between early Wii models and newer models? This solution allows older models to output 480p with the same quality than newer models (but each app needs to be patched). Jan 15, 2025 · The System Menu does that. It's called anamorphic widescreen and it's completely normal. It's why 4:3 looks a little bit sharper than widescreen: because it is (link to the same document as before).
