Jan 21, 2019 · Tomorrow will mark 2 weeks without vaping. The first week of not vaping wasn't terrible. I started to feel like my lungs were breathing easier (the reason I quit vaping is it was getting harder and harder to breathe!). May 20, 2013 · Vaping the same flavor repeatedly (all day vape) can over-saturate your taste buds to the point where you can't taste anything right. Best to mix things up as far as flavors go. Some people can taste hints of plastic in their juice delivery devices.

Aug 2, 2015 · You said your asthma flares around winter. Its getting closer to winter. The vaping may be exacerbating those asthmatic symptoms. Although it is not typically dangerous its still a good idea to lay off the vaping for a week or two and use it just to control the nicotine cravings and see if that will resolve the issue.
