The easiest would be just to box it in. You could also do a built in corner “cabinet”. Boxed in up top (maybe a couple led wall sconces would look neat), shelves in the middle, cabinet at the bottom. Gives you a little extra storage but looks like an intentional piece of furniture.

Mar 28, 2022 · I'd suggest putting a street san-tee into the Fernco on the cast iron, and putting a cleanout fitting into the top of the san-tee. Then a LT90 gets you around the corner. Adding a sink on the horizontal 4" drain would require a horizontal wye or combo, and the vent coming off the horizontal trap arm before the wye or combo.
