Oct 30, 2016 · You can also use some cheap ass 5-point transports as a "ATGM shields" to bait out the Maglan from hiding and then use some higher tier tanks to kill them. There's also other options to use like mortars/artillery, fire support vehicles, infantry, rocket pods from either helicopters or some jet.

Jul 19, 2017 · You must be using them wrong. Maglans and Dorbans by extension are not for engaging tanks head on but should used to take out IFVs, medium tanks and sideshot super heavies. Good practice is to use a maglan on the flank for recon with the spike turned off and only turn it on to protect itself/sideshot.

Oct 30, 2016 · I've been playing a lot of big team games, low points, and I'm wondering how to counter maglans that hop from small bits cover to cover in open field (talking about delta/dmitri in mud field right now, but also happens on other maps). They seem to outsee and outfight most other infantry, and outrange or kill past their cost for all vehicles.
