Ward 11 is located on level 4 of the Balmoral Building. Ward 11 is approximately 23m from the level 4 lift. The route from the accessible parking on Havelock Street is via crossing the road to a footpath with a dropped kerb.

All patients needing to enter wards and clinics in the Balmoral Building should do so via the Windsor Building marked on the map overleaf. There will be signage around the site to guide you and our staff and volunteers will be happy to redirect you should you get lost.

Ward round takes place usually between 9am and 11am. Parents are invited to stay for this if they wish, where you will be fully updated with your child’s care plan by the medical team. You may be asked to leave the unit at times during emergencies or …
