WSIB Waiver. In the event an employee sustains an occupational injury and provided they comply with all WSIB and STD requirements, he/she may apply to the Company to receive Weekly Indemnity Benefits while waiting for payment for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board .

The WSIB has the right to determine if the individual qualifies as a partner or executive officer and meets the criteria for exemption. They may request proof of ownership or executive officer status at any time.
