May 29, 2003 · The WF720 is also a 3G device and won't work. ConsumerCellular appears to still offer the WF723 - not sure if CC uses ATT or TMO these days. I found one Google hit about the weird tones during calls for it specifically. See the several discussions in the StraightTalk thread about the WF723 problem.

Aug 10, 2015 · I found an IMEI for a ZTE WF720 on the Internet. When I plugged the number in the compatibility page for Cricket Wireless, it passed. You would have to waste $15 per month for data you cannot use since you cannot get the Talk and Text plan.
