Jun 16, 2023 · So you gonna buy a new repro Garand or a new AR for half the price? Or a vintage M1 for half the price? People who want vintage guns want the OG stuff. There are very few repros that are more than marginally successful. And, seriously - why would I want a Garand over a AR? If I want the full-powered round I would get an AR-10.

I recently became very interested in antique bolt action rifles after discovering an old Beaumont vitali 1871/88 rifle that my uncle owned and researching it.

Love vintage guns and the equipment too. Really neat. I have a pre war Colt 22 revolver with a hammer modified to a bisley style by Pachmayr- matches the ad exactly.
