Frankly, I didn’t reach out to the support section prior to transferring the tix to another vet on my own, because we are threatened with suspension if our query is deemed unworthy. I am really stumped.

Vet Tix tells you who donated them afterwards and asks you to thank them, but they have rules I wasn't aware of. They want you to add a picture proving you attended, but my picture wasn't approved because we didn't show the concert behind us in the selfie, banned for 3 days lol.
