DSHS maintains the Texas Immunization Registry (ImmTrac2), which provides access to immunization records. DSHS also manages the Texas Vaccines for Children and Adult Safety Net programs, which ensure that all Texans have access to vaccines, regardless of their ability to pay or insurance restrictions.

DSHS offers several low-cost programs for vaccination. Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) ensures all Texas children, regardless of parent's ability to pay, have access to ACIP-recommended vaccines. Find a TVFC provider and learn more about the program or more about vaccine-preventable diseases.
