You might have better luck looking this up on google. Alternatively, you could use one of the multiple romhacks where those characters are already unlocked (umk3uk, umk3p, umk3te).

Oct 8, 2022 · Arcade version of 1 and 2. Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 is a bit iffy. Being the original, the arcade release is the best in terms of graphics and gameplay, but content wise, the port for Super Nintendo/Sega Genesis included Noob Saibot and Rain (at the cost of Sheeva). If I had to pick, I'd say get the arcade release of all 3 games.
