I've been working quite hard to assemble as much Turok lore as possible over the past few years. I want to put it in as presentable of a format as possible. I've recently acquired the 4 Turok novels that were written in the 90s.

May 30, 2023 · Turok Evolution Turok: Rage Wars Turok 1 is the best to pick up and play if you enjoy simply running and gunning, but the lack of any in-game plot, copy-paste environments, and the obtuse key hunts drag it down. The atmosphere was great though. Kinda wish the Remaster updated the graphics a little more, like they did with Turok 2.

The original Turok for N64 was, to my knowledge, the first game to use the C buttons for movement. It paved the way for dual analog sticks for movement. I remember starting it up as a kid and beyond so confused by it but quickly got used to it.

Mar 24, 2024 · One thing that did bother me was the ending, it just ended on a cliffhanger. Seems like there was gonna be a turok 4 but it never happened. The story was really intriguing though. With the council of voices and Adon. But I did feel the game was way too short. Turok 2 felt like way longer and the chapters were more intricate.
