Jun 13, 2013 · Just purchased a Tourney Special TSP10HC reel and cannot remove palm side panel. I toggle the small lever but am unable to 'pop' or slide the panel off. I have the schematics in hand but does not inform me on how to adjust the brakes from the inside of reel.
