The TSK-11 consists of 11 questions. A score of 11 is the lowest possible score, and indicates negligible or no kinesiophobia. A score of 44 is the highest possible score and indicates extreme fear of pain with movement.

The shortened version TSK-11 which is the most common, dismisses items with poor psychometric performance, and its score ranges from 11-44. [25] Scores above 37 (17-item) are generally considered to indicate kinesiophobia.
