Try-me first shows up in Washington DC directories in 1927, but their ads appear in the Washington Post starting at April 10, 1926. They went for 5 cents a bottle then, and came in 7 flavors: Strawberry, Gingerale, Orange, Peach, Lemon, Root Beer and Grape.

Mar 20, 2025 · The vintage antique bottle was made by the Try Me Beverage Company in Parrish Alabama 1955. It's embossed and says Drink Try-Me Beverages. Other than being rinsed with water this bottle has not been cleaned.

Dec 8, 2024 · Try-me’s delicious, brightly colored soft drinks came in many alluring flavors: Cream Soda, Dixie Cola, Ginger Ale, Golden Orange, Grape, King Cola, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Peach, Root Beer, and Strawberry. This very sturdy bottle is in good shape, and has embossed detailing on almost the entire bottle. There is no print on the bottom however.
