Apr 1, 2008 · Push the trash can against it could swivel up and gravity would drop it back down and the can would be hooked. To release, push can forward to take weight off of hook, and lift the hook up enough for bar to clear and tilt can off. This would prevent having to lift the can up and off of the C channel to unload it.

Mar 5, 2020 · Other neighbors use the curb pick-up style trash cans, but they have short driveways. If I can swing it, I would like to get a metal dumpster and leave it by my garage, pick it up with the forks on my tractor to take it down to the road for pickup every two weeks. According to my neighbor who has a metal dumpster, the bears seem to leave it alone.

Jun 20, 2007 · Since the trash can has wheels, I just drag it up the short ramp, up onto the bed. I then bungee the handle of the trash can to the handle that I built on the front of the trailer. My neighbor says the trailer looks like a chariot !!!! I also made the trailer long enough to put the recycle can behind, on recycling weeks.
