SUVmax, TMTV, and TLG are independent prognostic factors in ENKTL. Our new model, which integrates 18 F-FDG PET/CT metrics with clinical data, enhances survival prediction and may support personalized treatment strategies, though further validation is required.

TMTV and the international peripheral T-cell lymphoma project score (IPTCLP) were independent predictors of PFS and OS with multivariate analysis. The combination of TMTV and the IPTCLP may provide significantly better risk substratification in PFS and OS of PTCL patients.

Baseline SUVmax, TMTV, and TLG measured on PET-CT are strong predictors of worse outcome in T-LBL. A risk model integrating these three parameters with CNS involvement identifies patients at high risk of disease progression.
