The Tipp City Police Department has joined the nationwide effort to facilitate communication between individuals on the autism spectrum and law enforcement during traffic stops and operator interactions.

Throughout Tipp City, residents enjoy more than 20 community parks and open spaces, an award-winning school district, and a historic walkable downtown, featuring an eclectic assortment of shopping, dining and entertainment.

Our community’s history is one of the core elements that defines Tipp City and nowhere is that history more prevalent than in the city’s downtown and oldest neighborhoods along Main Street, also known as the Old Tippecanoe City Restoration and Architectural District.

The Tipp City Council consists of seven members elected on a nonpartisan, at-large ballot for four overlapping terms. Council members may serve no longer than three consecutive four-year terms. Council members select biennially from among its own members one to serve as Mayor, who is the ceremonial and representative head of the City.

Tipp City’s Utility Billing Department is responsible for billing over 5,200 accounts monthly for electric, water, wastewater, and/or refuse services. Water / Wastewater. The City of Tipp City provides water and sanitary sewer services to about 4000 customers.
