Aug 29, 2023 · A vestibular migraine (VM) is a neurological disease that causes vertigo. Vertigo makes you feel dizzy and off balance. Studies show vestibular migraine is the second most common reason why people have vertigo. Other names for a vestibular migraine include migraine-associated vertigo (MAV), migraine-related vestibulopathy and migrainous vertigo.

Vestibular migraine can cause vestibular or balance symptoms with or without an actual headache. There is almost always a history of motion sensitivity (such as car sickness) since childhood, and migraine headaches at some point in the person's lifetime, even if they last occurred decades ago.

Aug 17, 2020 · Bloody love a bit of tiger balm. Keep it away from your eyes! A small dab under my nose is sometimes enough to overwhelm a migraine that's triggered by smells. Temples and back of neck for a migraine in process, it doesn't really help, but it also doesn't hurt. It's 2nd to an ice pack if one isn't handy at the moment.

Sep 4, 2021 · I've been using tiger balm for my migraines for 15 years now. I don't go on even an overnight trip without my tiger balm. It doesn't cure my migraine but that strong tingle/burn helps me fall asleep while the meds kick in.

I’m sure it’s harsh on the skin but it’s desperation time. I used to! Randomly had a REALLY bad chemical reaction one day and my forehead skin peeled and took months to heal : (
