Mar 20, 2022 · If you craft 3-4 moonshine a day for 2 weeks you'll have enough to get the Thicc case. I did this with a bit of patience and was Def worth it. Maaaybe the other trade is cheaper but imo holding 50 moonshine is "easier" and "cheaper" because you craft moonshine for 260k ISH.

I have been thinking about one a lot recently and I am not sure what would be best to store in one. At first I thought of rigs/helmets/armour and saw other people put their medcases and things alike in there.

Jun 25, 2020 · You can only get the THICC Item Case from Therapist LL4 in the game. It requires you to give/trade them a bunch of different items.

But collecting this stuff in raid and crafting may be a fun self-made "quest". Too bad Holodilnik is so small. I feel like it promotes hoarding items without ever using them. Yes, having more is worth it. I got 1 from private clinic and 3 more from the moonshine vodka whiskey barter.
