Aug 5, 2014 · I'm hoping there is someone here who knows something about the inner workings of a Thermal Arc engine drive welder. The welder was running great up until a few days ago, then I started having trouble with the generator on it. First the one outlet didn't want to work then the other day the second outlet quit working.

Sep 6, 2009 · I found a Thermal Arc TA - 10/270-H Welder / Generator to buy, but it has a power supply problem. The 20 hp Honda motor runs strong, but there is no power to the outlets or the welding leads, the unit only has 297 hours on it.

Dec 7, 2012 · Re: Thermal Arc Power Plus Predator Pro I got the programmer off ebay for $75. was able to fix the turning and acceleration issues. it even had an option to invert the joystick which was an unexpected surprise.

Hi there I know it may be a long shot but I am looking for parts for a ta4 170h thermal arc scout welder generator! Mostly looking for a throttle cable which looks to control the fine adjustment and engine speed! Any one know where I might find one? Part number in online manual 11-3030

Aug 3, 2010 · Hello, we are cleaning up the shop at my work and they are considering selling a Thermal Arc Power Plus TA 10/270 H which is a Welder Generator for $500. We dont know alot about it but it did run when we aquired it. We have never used it, we installed a whole house generator at a customers house and to reduce cost agreed to take this in.

I have 4000 watt Predator Generator and do Mig Welding. But most stick welding would need 9000 watt generator to start the Arc. Mar 21, 2015 · Re: Thermal Arc 211i review Things are moving along with getting the welder set up. The welder has a 6-50P plug on it so you will need to buy a 6-50R receptacle should you want to plug it in to 240V.
