Close your Teams. Type the words credential manager in the search box in your computer to open the Credential Manager. Under the Generic Credentials, delete the entries which contain Teams and your account in its name, you can even delete all the entries if you like. Then close the Credential Manager and restart your Teams.

Feb 2, 2021 · My windows 10 Pro desktop Teams app stopped working ~3 weeks ago. Worked fine prior. Teams just spins after inserting my user account, and then re-loads with message "There was a glitch and we're recovering". It never get to the stage of prompting for password/MFA. Same account works fine on other Windows laptop

We have removed and reinstalled Teams, cleared the Windows Credential Manager and checked updates on various drivers per past help tickets have shown to work. When an alternate user login is used, we do not have the same issue.

When they start a meeting, initiates any sort of chat…it hangs for about 10 seconds then recovers, then when anyone says anything in chat, it hangs again …eventually, it restarts with the comment that it experienced a “glitch” and was restarting.

The Teams interface opens but it just hangs and gets stuck not responding; If I leave it, it restarts the app and says "There was a glitch, and we had to restart the app. It's good to go now." but they lie. The app still hangs and does not respond. Sometimes there's a pop up that says "There is a glitch. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Dec 21, 2024 · Glitch is still there. I have the new version of TEAMS. The GPU settting is NOT available,, i found thatinformation on this site. May I please know if you are using Windows or macOS device? Windows 10, completely updated. May I please double confirm if you tried to disable your GPU hardware acceleration feature in Teams To see the difference?
