TBSS/UserGuide - Harvard University
Overview: running TBSS involves a few simple steps: stats (e.g., randomise) - feed the 4D projected FA data into GLM modelling and thresholding in order to find voxels which correlate with your model. We now go through the TBSS steps in detail. In order to run TBSS you need to create a single FA image from each subject in the study.
FSL Diffusion Toolbox Practical - University of Oxford
In this practical we will walk you through the steps needed to prepare your diffusion data for analysis. We will also cover diffusion tensor model fitting and group analysis of DTI data using tract-based-spatial-statistics (TBSS). Please refer to the FSL wiki for additional information https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FDT/UserGuide.
Tract based spatial statistics using ANTs and FSL - TBSS
Unlike original TBSS approach, we use the ENIGMA approach that identifies the direction of projection onto the skeleton based on the individual FA maps rather than on the mean FA map. 3. –studyTemplate
The following steps will allow you to register and skeletonize your FA images to the DTI atlas being used for ENIGMA-DTI for tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS; Smith et al., 2006).

Oct 15, 2014 · A synthetic FA map of two adjacent WM tracts was emulated by a grayscale image volume with an isotropic voxel size of 1 mm. A small linear FA gradient from each pathway center to its edges is introduced, so that TBSS can identify the center of each trajectory. For a detailed description, see Experiments Section.

May 14, 2010 · We tested the effects of distortion correction induced by gradient nonlinearity on fractional anisotropy (FA) maps or FA skeletons processed via two SPM-based methods (coregistration and FA template methods), or TBSS-based method, respectively.
