Dec 14, 2017 · I have a little touchscreen monitor attached to my PC. I am attempting to locate, and use, the Tablet PC Settings option, which used to be in Control Panel. Unfortunately, Tablet PC Settings are totally gone. I attempted the workaround that places a shortcut to Tablet PC Settings on my desktop, via the instructions below.

After updating my Surface Pro to 8.1, I've lost the "Tablet PC Settings" item in the Control Panel and can't access it from the Start menu. I'm now unable to reset my pen calibration. I still have the "Tablet pen settings" panel.

Nov 28, 2024 · Currently have two main displays and two touch screen displays, for home simulator. I was able to get the first touch screen added and calibrated, but not the second as I needed a longer cable. When adding the 2nd touch screen then opening the Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, there is no longer the Tablet PC Settings. This is a new PC build

Jan 28, 2013 · Tablet PC Settings option is not available in Windows 8 as the touch interface is built into the Operating System. That is why you are not able to find it in the Turn on or off windows features. If the touch interface is not working, it is probably a driver issue.

Jun 9, 2011 · The Tablet PC Settings options now appear and are editable, however, when I click "setup" to setup my touchscreen, the touch input doesn't respond. It knows it's a touchscreen, and the device manager says the drivers are fine, so I'm not sure why it isn't working....

Mar 25, 2024 · Save the file somewhere with the filename as tablet_mode.ps1 (Hint: Change "Save as type" to All Files). After saving, right-click on the file and click "Copy as Path". Right-click on any empty space on your desktop and create a new shortcut.
