May 24, 2021 · Steven Spencer Welland, known as Swell 80, was a Canadian adult content creator from Calgary. After living in Montreal, he returned to Calgary to run SW Renovations Inc. He was murdered in his camper van in Costa Rica on May 24, 2021, at the age of 41 by a suspect identified as Lefevre Hernandez.

After all, if no one was watching his videos it’s highly likely Swell80 would not have gone on to victimize hundreds of disadvantaged boys, a young man would likely not be in prison on murder charges, and Swell80 himself may still be alive.
