Dec 30, 2020 · So pretty much, Swain doesn't want the Black Rose dead, he just doesn't want them in control of the empire. He can't really kill the main leaders. They've been around longer than he has and they operate in basically splinter cells. I don't see LeBlanc making it easy for Swain to kill her.
