Feb 5, 2025 · Team McChord Airmen and personnel with the 62d Airlift Wing and 627th Air Base Group launch the grand opening of The Summit Room at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, Jan. 22, 2025. The Summit Room is a dedicated space for Airmen to focus on mental well-being.

The Summit Room’ is the largest pillarless banquet of 5122 Sq Ft with rooftop views of the city, complemented by an additional 1538 Sq Ft of pre-function space. Ideal for intimate socials, weddings, seminars, expositions, conferences and black-tie events.

Users may submit room reservation or tabling request forms no later than 2 business days in advance of their desired event/tabling day. Please allow a processing time of up to 3 business days for your request form to be processed by our reservations staff.

Surrounded by windows, the Summit Room comes with a blank canvas that allows you to choose your own setup, making it a welcoming option for a range of events including formal dinners, conferences, multimedia presentations, and more.

When you would like to select a room, click ‘Select Room/Suite’ Designate which students you would like in each bedroom using the dropdowns. Click ‘Submit Room Selection’ to lock in your room.
