Fastest way to get sugar lumps is to grow and sacrifice the garden. You get 11 sugar lumps in the time it takes to grow one Juicy Queenbeet so it's faster than just farming them which generally gets you two or sometimes three growing at once. I did a few posts a while back on a "Garden Speed run" strat to grow the plants as fast as possible.

My recommendation is to level the garden all the way to a 6x6 plot layout after unlocking all the mini-games. The garden has ways to increase sugar lump growth rates through unlocks.

Jun 13, 2023 · The pantheon boost to sugar lumps isn't all that useful--it makes them ripen 1 hour sooner, but you're probably harvesting them when they are mature, not ripe (assuming you do the super basic save scumming of "harvest mature lump"->"reset till you win the 50-50"). The pantheon boost also doesn't do anything if you have the game closed.
