The thickness of the blade is 5.23-5.28mm (measured at different spots of the blade's edge using a digital sliding caliper). The weight of my blade is 80g. Apr 8, 2025 · I get used to play 7-ply stiff soft blades (Stiga Clipper Wood, Sanwei Fextra) and everything else feels wrong. Many blades that visually looks like Clipper are too hard and play different. Stiga Clipper Wood has better wood quality over Sanwei Fextra, but similar or worse finishing, times higher cost and worse availability (in my region).

4 days ago · I will share my feelings and experience after a few years with Stiga Clipper Wood with ST handle. 1) I have heard that Straight handle is better for BH, flared for FH dominated players. I disagree. Straight handle is better for short game and defense as racket angles feel clearer. I have no problem with FH power with ST handle.
