Mar 28, 2022 · Starlink must have an extremely complicated computer model for optimizing throughput. It has to determine which satellite antenna should point where for each fraction of a millisecond. Obviously continuous coverage is a big concern, but from there it's possible to move a thousand different levers to optimize bandwidth utilization.
