Malossi and Top Performance both have top notch cylinder kits with great quality and durability. Your crank will last quite a while with a sport cylinder. The Yasuni R is a great pipe and there should be no need to change the variator. The Piaggio engine is pretty much spot on.

2023 SR50 Motard 4V tuning. I own an Aprilia Canadian version, a Polini 80 kit, Malossi powercam, rollers provided in the kit (6.1 or 6.3g? not sure), a 75 main jet provided in the kit, a GP4 Unbridled exhaust, the air filter box modified according to Polini with 2 holes and 14mm sleeves (Provided in the kit) and unbridled the box.

Buy a full carb tuning kit with a large selection of main jets, all the idle/pilot jets, 10 most common needles, 2 atomizer sizes larger then stock and whichever throttle slides you don't yet have that fit your carb.
