Sometimes spam messages are sent to your inbox, instead of to the Spam label. Mark these messages as spam to help Gmail automatically mark similar messages as spam. SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication—Gmail protects your email by making sure messages you send and receive are authenticated. Unauthenticated messages might be sent to spam.

You can block specific senders using a denylist, and bypass spam filters with an allowlist or an approved senders list. Email allowlist—A list of IP addresses you define as approved to send mail to your domain. If you notice that legitimate messages from specific contacts are incorrectly marked as spam, you can allowlist the contact's IP address.

When you manually mark a message as not spam, Gmail learns how to manage messages addressed to you. Add trusted senders to your personal contacts list. Users in your domain can manage their personal contacts list in Gmail. When a user adds an external address to their contacts list, Gmail won't mark messages from the external address as spam.

Click Browse spaces menu items Spam invites. Next to the space, click Preview. For your protection, you can't download links or find images when you preview the space. Click Join. Tip: When you join a space marked as spam, the spam label is removed and the space is added to your list of joined spaces.
