New Outlook - WHY did the "Report" Phishing button go away??
Nov 11, 2024 · The option to Report and to Report and Block has disappeared for me as well. All I can do is either select an individual Junk email and delete it or select all Junk emails and delete them.

Gmail shows spam mail Outlook (new) shows nothing in junk mail.
Mar 2, 2025 · Ensure spam folder synchronisation is enabled by logging into the web version of Gmail and clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner - View All Settings - Labels tab. Find the Spam tab, make sure the Show in IMAP option is ticked, and save the changes. If the problem persists, I suggest you contact Microsoft Online Support in new Outlook.

Feb 13, 2025 · Hi, endless emails from info@ze*****ss.net despite blocking multiple times, reporting as SPAM and Fishing. Creating Rules to delete. Multiple rules including sender address, subject line, etc. Anything MS can suggest would be helpful. I know I am not the only user suffering this. Please don't suggest the usual - I've done it. Jan 26, 2025 · So far today I have received 48 spam messages from same person. Over the last several days it has been over 100. I have reported phishing, blocked, and unsubscribed, all for naught. What can I do to stop this? Any help would be appreciated. Jim Thompson "Blocking" in Outlook means that the messages are sent to Junk.
