Nov 8, 2020 · I don't think you are necessarily behind, a lot of people have trouble with Soul Master. If you have upgraded your nail then you are around the typical power level. You can also have 6 masks by the time you hit City. With your geo you could get Lantern, it's 1800 geo and a key progression item. Or just look into some charms and slots.

Each skillset contains a set of things you should be doing during each of the bosses telegraphed attacks, I do not recommend the advanced skillset for radiant mode because it is high risk, but it is a must for speed runners.

Apr 18, 2020 · Grubsong is the reward for 10 grubs and you can easily have it by Soul Sanctum (I save 11 by the time I hit Soul Master) but only if you were exploring a lot. It'll take some time for you to free enough so maybe try a charm like Dashmaster to help you get closer to hit him more.

I thought Soul Master must’ve been one of the hardest bosses in the game my first play through, and on my second I nearly beat him hitless. This game truly takes some time and you’ll be shocked at how much better you are.
