Soudan is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Breitung Township, Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 385. [3] The community is located immediately east of the city of Tower on Minnesota State Highway 1 and Minnesota State Highway 169.
