E-119 Upsilon is a major antagonist in Sonic X: Heroes Forever. He is a grey and white recolor of Fully Charged Air Man. He was powered up by a Mobini Koala used to level up Chao before Gamma destroyed him.

E-119 Upsilon was an E-100 Series robot. Upsilon was the twentieth E-Series robot created by Dr. Eggman. At some point it was sent to the Battle Fortress to meet with the Battle Bird Armada, but it was attacked by E-102 Gamma and its Mobini freed.
