Feb 12, 2019 · heres my latest sleepy head Results are great, and increasing EPR to 3 did reduce flow limitation and RERA. I see a nap from 3:00 to 4:30 PM with a main sleep session from about 11:00 to 7:30 and then a brief morning session.

Sep 24, 2024 · I've been diagnosed with OSA, ~20 AHI and have been using CPAP for around 10 months. For the first few months, I've already got pretty good results (AHI < 2), and even better results at the moment (AHI < 1). However, I've a problem waking up many times (>5 times) in the early morning everyday, and feeling very sleepy and tired in the afternoon.

Oct 26, 2024 · RE: Sleepy, too many arousals? My new cervical collar should arrive today, tried the old collar that I am returning, as it is too small, supposed to be a large. The night got better once I fell asleep, but after waking up the 2nd time, could not get the cervical collar to fit comfortably, so that part of the night went not so well.
