It has 454 apartments, including partially-furnished two-bedroom and fully-furnished one-bedroom apartments for couples and families with children, and efficiency apartments for individuals.

The Graduate Tower at Site 4 possesses a unique climate control system that includes temperature controls within each apartment unit to optimize individualized unit temperature controls. The large-sized temperature displayed on your thermostat screen represents the actual temperature of your apartment.

Our on-campus rental costs include utilities such as electricity, heat, and hot water. Access to the MIT network and internet is included, and all of our residences offer high-speed connections. Each residence assesses a monthly house tax between $5 and $10 to pay for community activities. Below are the rates for Academic Year 2025-2026.
