Simma’s has an array of “conventional” cakes to suit all palates. All of our cakes are tortes with multiple layers of cake and filling. Jan 1, 1994 · More than a decade since her passing, Simma’s legacy is still alive and flourishing. The walls of her bakery are now decorated with dozens of awards and plaques recognizing the endless contributions her dream inspired.

Simma’s can personalize our handmade pastries with custom colors and decoration. All mini pastry orders should be place one week in advance. There is a minimum of a dozen of each pastry. We suggest 2 to 4 per person.

I love Simma's! It's such a fun cute place with fantastic choices. It's perfect for taking kids to pick something since there's such a variety. Also got our wedding cake there-red velvet which is SO good!
