Yesterday I uploaded the same BAT but with a rugby pitch layout; this has a football pitch, the sport usually played at the real-life stadium. The pitch has nightlights, as shown in the screenshots. Stats: Size= 5x7. Build Cost= 5000. Maintenance Cost= 100.

The Major League Stadium is the most expensive Park in SimCity 4 Rush Hour/Deluxe, above the City Zoo in Costs. The News Ticker fluff entry created on its placement is "Cleats Cleaned And Fans Ready: Major League Ball Playing At New Stadium".

If I remembered it right, the Stadium does not generate jobs so no it does not need a parking garage. The Stadium just adds desirebility to your city and raises land values like parks. Incidentally, here are two visual updates for the stadiums you might want to look into: Just dont build it near any homes. its a NIMBY structure for residences.
