Silco was a Zaunite criminal and revolutionary, and the adoptive father of Jinx. He sought to free the undercity from Piltover 's control and was willing to resort to brutal and unethical methods to achieve that goal.

Silco was the main antagonist in Season 1 and a posthumous character in Season 2 of Arcane, and he was the second adopted father of Jinx. He was also the powerful, ambitious Zaunite leader of the chem-barons, silently controlling Zaun from under the noses of Piltover 's authority.
