If “Signs” is your style of movie, I recommend it. Fun, engaging, and sympathetic to the Christian faith, it’s a film that teens and their parents can enjoy together, even sparking great discussions on chance vs. providence, God’s will, why do bad things happen to good people , and other stimulating topics.

Jun 13, 2008 · Negative —This movie was a complete waste of time. …Romans 1:23 says, “(they) exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures.” In this movie, the plants act as god, meting out “justice” to humanity for contaminating the Earth.

Nov 5, 2004 · Don’t be fooled by the colorful animation and cute characters this movie is not intended for little children. To name a few of the negative themes that run in the movie: deception, pride, seduction, greed, coveting, and idolatry. Overall, the movie ends with a positive twist and everyone has found happiness.

Mar 6, 2015 · The movie fails on many levels including: overall lackluster acting, a poor script rife with inconsistencies, the birth of artificial intelligence that comes across more like fantasy fiction than science, undeveloped characters no one would care about and an unbelievable ‘feel good’ ending no amount of ‘suspension of disbelief’ could overcome.

The movie starts out well with an intriguing mystery, restrictive rules and compelling iconography (especially the “Point of no return” signs), all set in an immersive, eerie environment. Unfortunately, the story fails to capitalize on its strong premise by relying too heavily on horror movie gimmicks, which really aren’t that scary.

The movie “Signs” which came out about a decade ago, was the first film I saw that actually attempted to answer that question—what would happen if you just had a regular movie depicting people overcoming great trials by using faith in Jesus …

Jul 30, 2004 · Positive —This movie has been judged unfairly by those expecting it to be another Sixth Sense or Signs. It’s simply a wonderful movie about how we are to face our fears. The cinematography—camera angles, framing, etc.—is remarkable as well. Moreover, not one profane word is uttered during the entire film. My Ratings: [Excellent!/4]

Jul 13, 2001 · Legally Blonde was a movie that I would definitely see again. Although the movie did have some language which is expected in any movie these days. It didn’t have a lot of it and the moral of the story was good. It was definitely a comedy movie for it did have some funny parts.
