Mar 15, 2023 · I ended up having to deal with the issue until OneNote updated again, I'm no longer having this issue and am using Version 2312 Build 16.0.17126.20132, if you're using the latest version/same version, it could also be a driver issue if you've been having issues outside of OneNote, as well.
