IIRC shock punch is slowest but hits hardest, tonfa's on the other end. Different effects with diifferent attack moves like knockback and stagger.

I also got shock punch, which I haven’t tried but I assume is electric-based and probably electrocutes. And I also got tonfa but similarly, did not try it.
