He has a minor appearance in episode 357 near the end. He is also a main character in episode 358 (which is, imo, one of the best episodes of all time).

Dec 1, 2017 · I was just rewatching Shisui's death the other day and this triggered me so much. Note before for all the downvoters: I love Shisui to death as much as everyone else. But I am simply stating my mind. The guy's death was complete lot device. Shisui could easily have stayed alive and fought/reported Danzo for what he was doing.

Sep 27, 2019 · It's revealed that Shisui got lethally poisoned by one of Danzo's Root (from the Aburame clan iirc), and he wouldn't survive long anyway. However, the novels did not directly state how Itachi killed Shisui. Tl;dr In the anime/manga, Shisui jumped into the river and died by drowning. In the novels, Itachi killed him.

Jun 9, 2020 · Itachi novel, but we knew itachi did the massacre at 13 the filler is a bit weird but we know shisui was about 3 years older than itachi. I get this from shisui awakened his ms sharingan at 7 during the war he meets a over year later when itachi is turned 5. So we can infer he was 3-4years older than itachi.

Mar 29, 2024 · Poison would eventually lead to Shisui's death. He meets Itachi near Nakano River, tells him about Danzo + explains the genesis behind his Mangekyou Sharingan and that he hadn't helped his friend(his PoV of the situation, teller seems to not judge it this way) and as a result of the guilt - his mangekyou Sharingan was awakened.

Jul 18, 2020 · If shisui got killed by danzo and Itachi found out. He wouldn't give 2 shits about konoha as shisui was his best friend. That's practically what happened. Danzo came for Shisui and Itachi did nothing. Best friend or not, Sasuke was the one Itachi was willing to risk everything for, not his clan, not his parents and not Shisui.

If we take the age of death of the characters as a basis. 21 - 16/17 = 4/5 Itachi was 4 or 5 years old at the Nine Tails Incident. 32 - 17 = 15 Kakashi was 15 years old during the incident, which matches Obito's age of 14 during the incident and the age difference between them.

Perhaps the only volume I cried a little in Tamamo/Loulan/Shisui was really an amazing character, such a free sprit, she lives every day as it could be her last and embraced death but like the little kids she was able to save with MoaMoa's and Jinshi's aid was able break to come back to life.
