On top of this paladins are the most mana efficient healers in the game. Id personally stick with reed and second wind and look for another bis list. Still with +heals and flash heals.

Aug 31, 2022 · The shard is much better for some tanks (brewmaster) than others (BDK). For me, personally, for my DK tank, I would get the cheat death trinket instead of the shard. For my brewmaster, I’ve been wearing a 252 shard since SoD (even over a 278 scale from last tier).
