Kai is a seasonal visitor to Mineral Town. He'll come to town on Summer 1 and then leave on Fall 1. During the summer, Kai will open his Beach Cafe on the beach, where you can buy food to eat, such as Roasted Corn and Pizza. At night he is a guest at Dudley's inn. Kai doesn't have a quarrel with anyone, though Rick has a personal beef against Kai.

Kai’s favorite gift is Pineapples, which can be grown as a crop on your farm during the summer. The seeds cost 1,000 G and can only be purchased from Huang . Other easy gifts for Kai are milk and cheese (liked), or corn (loved).

There are several ways to increase your friendship points and love points. The easiest is to simply talk to the person. You'll earn +1 FP and, if applicable, +200 LP with the person. For Kai, you'll earn +2 FP and +200 LP. Giving gifts is another easy way to increase your relationships.

Kai is a special character, as he arrives to town with the beginning of Summer, then leaves as soon as it ends. As such, you'll have to pay special attention...
